The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of two different components: (i) stocks of companies that are materially engaged in the research and development of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency mining, cryptocurrency buying, or cryptocurrency enabling technologies; and (ii) ETPs and private investment trusts traded over-the-counter that invest at least 75% of their assets in Bitcoin. The fund is non-diversified.
