Private Wealth Daily (“PWD,” “we”) is a trade publication covering the private wealth industry, operated by FINTRX, Inc. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you provide: your email address when you subscribe; your name, title, and firm if you provide them or sign in through a third-party service (such as LinkedIn, Google, or Microsoft); answers you give to polls and surveys; preferences you save (watchlists, alerts, saved filters); and inputs you enter into interactive tools.

Information collected automatically: usage data through first-party cookies and similar technologies — the pages and articles you view, searches you run, tools you use, and how you interact with our content; technical data such as browser type and the organization associated with your network (we resolve network addresses to organizations, not to individuals); and email-engagement data — our emails contain technologies that tell us whether a message was delivered and opened and which links were clicked, associated with your subscription.

How we use it

To operate, personalize, and improve our publications; to send the newsletters you request; to develop audience and interest insights, including associating your activity with your professional identity and firm; to secure our services; and to comply with law.

Sharing with our corporate affiliates

We share the information described above — including contact information, professional information, and interest and engagement information — with our corporate affiliates, including FINTRX, Inc., for their business and marketing purposes, such as understanding professional interest in investment products and services. Other sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, security), under contracts limiting their use of it; in connection with a corporate transaction; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties.

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure readership. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browser controls cookies; our site honors the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sharing.
